Upstairs at The Deland House in Fairport, NY.

The Deland House on Main

The Deland House in Fairport, NY.

The Deland House is a beautiful historic mansion in the village of Fairport. About 15 minutes outside of downtown Rochester, NY.

In 1874, the house was originally built for Sarah and Henry Deland on the corner of Main and Church street. This home being in the heart of the village, is one of the most recognizable homes in Fairport. It’s personally my favorite home in the village of Fairport.

The home has 2 ballroom spaces; giving you plenty of options for your event. The Deland Ballroom holds up to 100 seated guests and The Canal Ballroom holds up to 175 seated guests.

Upstairs you will find multiple getting ready rooms for you on your wedding day. The rooms are spacious, furnished and you’ll feel comfortable getting ready with your bridal party. Brides have nothing to worry about, as there are separate areas for the grooms side to get ready. You won’t have to worry about being seen before you say “I do”.

The mansion is full of large windows letting in plenty of natural light. This is perfect for taking photos on your wedding day. There are so many rooms and areas throughout the building, that you have plenty of options for photos.
